An Indian twist on the classic nachos – crispy zoodle chips layered with tandoori goodness, cheese, and spice. The ultimate party snack with drinks!


Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

For Zoodle Chips:

  • 1 pack Tasty Ninja Zoodles – Masala

  • 2 tbsp cornflour

  • 1 tbsp rice flour

  • Β½ tsp chili powder

  • Salt, to taste

  • Oil for frying or baking

For Tandoori Topping:

  • Β½ cup paneer cubes (or chicken for non-veg)

  • 2 tbsp curd

  • 1 tsp tandoori masala

  • Β½ tsp turmeric powder

  • Β½ tsp chili powder

  • Β½ tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Salt, to taste

Other Add-ons:

  • Β½ cup grated mozzarella + cheddar mix

  • 2 tbsp onions, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp capsicum, finely chopped

  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

  • Green chutney & tomato salsa for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Make Zoodle Chips 🍜

    • Boil zoodles for 2 minutes, drain, and pat dry.

    • Mix with cornflour, rice flour, chili powder, and salt.

    • Spread on a baking tray and bake at 200Β°C until crisp (or deep fry until golden and crunchy).

  2. Prepare Tandoori Paneer πŸ§€

    • Marinate paneer with curd, spices, lemon juice, and salt.

    • Grill or pan-fry until smoky and charred.

  3. Assemble Nachos πŸ₯™

    • On a platter, layer zoodle chips.

    • Add grilled tandoori paneer, onions, and capsicum.

    • Sprinkle cheese generously.

    • Microwave or bake for 2–3 minutes until cheese melts.

  4. Garnish & Serve 🌿

    • Drizzle with green chutney and tomato salsa.

    • Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves.
