π₯ Tandoori Zoodle Nachos
An Indian twist on the classic nachos β crispy zoodle chips layered with tandoori goodness, cheese, and spice. The ultimate party snack with drinks!
Ingredients (Serves 3β4)
For Zoodle Chips:

1 pack Tasty Ninja Zoodles β Masala

2 tbsp cornflour
-
1 tbsp rice flour
-
Β½ tsp chili powder
-
Salt, to taste

Oil for frying or baking
For Tandoori Topping:

Β½ cup paneer cubes (or chicken for non-veg)

2 tbsp curd
-
1 tsp tandoori masala
-
Β½ tsp turmeric powder
-
Β½ tsp chili powder
-
Β½ tsp garam masala
-
1 tsp lemon juice
-
Salt, to taste
Other Add-ons:

Β½ cup grated mozzarella + cheddar mix

2 tbsp onions, finely chopped
-
2 tbsp capsicum, finely chopped
-
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
-
Green chutney & tomato salsa for drizzling
Instructions

Make Zoodle Chips π

Boil zoodles for 2 minutes, drain, and pat dry.

Mix with cornflour, rice flour, chili powder, and salt.

Spread on a baking tray and bake at 200Β°C until crisp (or deep fry until golden and crunchy).

Prepare Tandoori Paneer π§

Marinate paneer with curd, spices, lemon juice, and salt.

Grill or pan-fry until smoky and charred.

Assemble Nachos π₯

On a platter, layer zoodle chips.

Add grilled tandoori paneer, onions, and capsicum.

Sprinkle cheese generously.

Microwave or bake for 2β3 minutes until cheese melts.
