  • Standard Shipping: 7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-4 business days (if applicable) PAN India basis (customers only)
  • Delivery timelines vary based on location, courier availability, and unforeseen delays such as weather or logistics issues.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders above 499/- (if applicable) below order: standard shipping charges we shall charge may vary according to your location
  • Any additional customs duties or taxes (for international orders) must be borne by the customer and currency conversion charges will be borne by customer.
  • The registered Indian mobile number must be submitted in case of international orders and cash on delivery will not be permitted.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • You can also check your order status under “My Orders” in your account on our website.

6. Delivery & Failed Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt [X] 1 delivery attempts in case the recipient is unavailable.
  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us, and reshipping charges may apply.
  • 5-10 for PAN India location. 15-30 days for international location with no cod facilities available (after dispatch)
