🍹 Crispy Chilli Zoodle Bites

Crunchy, spicy, and bite-sized zoodle fritters that make the perfect munchies with your favorite drinks.


Ingredients (Serves 3–4 as snacks)

  • 1 pack Tasty Ninja Zoodles – Masala or Spicy

  • ½ cup boiled potatoes, mashed

  • ¼ cup finely chopped onions

  • ¼ cup finely chopped capsicum

  • 1 green chili, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 2 tbsp cornflour

  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs (plus more for coating)

  • 1 tsp red chili flakes

  • ½ tsp black pepper powder

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • Salt, to taste

  • Oil, for frying


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Zoodles 🍜

    • Cook zoodles for 2 minutes, drain, and cool.

    • Chop roughly into smaller strands for binding.

  2. Make the Mixture 🥔

    • In a mixing bowl, combine zoodles, mashed potato, onion, capsicum, green chili, and ginger-garlic paste.

    • Add cornflour, breadcrumbs, chili flakes, pepper, chaat masala, and salt.

    • Mix well into a thick dough-like consistency.

  3. Shape the Bites

    • Roll into small bite-sized balls or tikkis.

    • Coat lightly with extra breadcrumbs for crispiness.

  4. Fry Until Golden 🔥

    • Heat oil in a pan.

    • Fry bites on medium heat until golden and crispy.

    • Drain on paper towels.

  5. Serve & Pair

    • Serve hot with Schezwan chutney or garlic mayo.

    • Best paired with chilled beer, whiskey soda, or mocktails.
