๐ŸŒถ๏ธ๐Ÿฅ” Zoodle Chaat Bombs

Crunchy little bombs stuffed with spicy zoodles and tangy chaat flavors โ€“ an explosion of taste in every bite, perfect with chilled drinks.


Ingredients (Makes 10โ€“12 bombs)

  • 1 pack Tasty Ninja Zoodles โ€“ Masala

  • 2 boiled potatoes, mashed

  • 2 tbsp boiled green peas (optional)

  • 2 tbsp onion, finely chopped

  • 1 green chili, chopped

  • 1 tbsp coriander, chopped

  • ยฝ tsp chaat masala

  • ยฝ tsp roasted cumin powder

  • ยฝ tsp red chili powder

  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs (plus more for coating)

  • Salt, to taste

  • Oil for frying

For Garnish:

  • Tamarind chutney

  • Green chutney

  • Sev

  • Pomegranate pearls (optional, for a burst of freshness)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Zoodles ๐Ÿœ

    • Boil zoodles for 2 minutes, drain, and chop into small strands.

  2. Make the Filling ๐Ÿฅ”

    • In a bowl, mix mashed potato, zoodles, peas, onion, chili, coriander, spices, and breadcrumbs.

    • Knead into a thick mixture.

  3. Shape the Bombs ๐Ÿ’ฃ

    • Roll into small bite-sized balls.

    • Coat lightly in breadcrumbs for crunch.

  4. Fry Until Golden ๐Ÿ”ฅ

    • Heat oil and deep-fry bombs on medium heat until crispy and golden.

    • Drain on a paper towel.

    • Place fried bombs on a platter.

    • Drizzle with tamarind chutney, green chutney, and sprinkle sev.
