🥃 Smoky Barrel Zoodle Stir

A bold stir-fry of masala zoodles tossed in a smoky sauce with a splash of spirit-inspired flavor — the perfect match for strong drinks.


Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 pack Tasty Ninja Zoodles – Masala

  • 2 tbsp butter or sesame oil

  • 5 garlic cloves, chopped

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • ½ cup mixed bell peppers, sliced

  • ½ cup mushrooms (optional)

  • 1 green chili, slit

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 1 tbsp chili sauce

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (for barrel-like flavor)

  • ½ tsp crushed black pepper

  • Salt, to taste

  • Spring onions, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook Zoodles 🍜

    • Boil zoodles for 2 minutes, drain, and keep aside.

  2. Make the Stir Base 🍳

    • Heat butter/oil in a wok.

    • Sauté garlic, onion, and green chili until fragrant.

    • Toss in bell peppers and mushrooms, stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.

  3. Add Sauces & Smoky Flavor 🔥

    • Stir in soy sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, smoked paprika, pepper, and salt.

    • Mix well for a deep smoky aroma.

  4. Toss with Zoodles 🥢
