🍹 Crispy Chilli Zoodle Bites
Crunchy, spicy, and bite-sized zoodle fritters that make the perfect munchies with your favorite drinks.
Ingredients (Serves 3–4 as snacks)

1 pack Tasty Ninja Zoodles – Masala or Spicy

½ cup boiled potatoes, mashed

¼ cup finely chopped onions

¼ cup finely chopped capsicum

1 green chili, finely chopped
-
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
-
2 tbsp cornflour
-
2 tbsp breadcrumbs (plus more for coating)

1 tsp red chili flakes
-
½ tsp black pepper powder
-
1 tsp chaat masala
-
Salt, to taste

Oil, for frying
Instructions

Prepare the Zoodles 🍜

Cook zoodles for 2 minutes, drain, and cool.

Chop roughly into smaller strands for binding.

Make the Mixture 🥔

In a mixing bowl, combine zoodles, mashed potato, onion, capsicum, green chili, and ginger-garlic paste.

Add cornflour, breadcrumbs, chili flakes, pepper, chaat masala, and salt.

Mix well into a thick dough-like consistency.
