🥦 Kung Fu Veggie Stir-Fry Zoodles

Wok-tossed, ninja-fast, and packed with crunch – this zoodle stir-fry is a powerhouse of flavor and freshness.


Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 pack Tasty Ninja Zoodles – Wonder Masala

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil (or vegetable oil)

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 1-inch ginger, finely chopped or grated

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • ½ cup bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced

  • ½ cup broccoli florets

  • ½ carrot, julienned

  • ¼ cup baby corn, sliced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp chili sauce (adjust spice level)

  • 1 tsp vinegar (rice vinegar or white)

  • ½ tsp black pepper, freshly ground

  • Salt, to taste (adjust with seasoning packet)

  • Spring onion greens, chopped (for garnish)

  • Roasted sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the Zoodles 🍜

    • Boil Tasty Ninja Zoodles for 2 minutes.

    • Drain, drizzle a few drops of sesame oil to prevent sticking, and set aside.

  2. Heat the Wok 🔥

    • Heat sesame oil in a wok or large pan on high flame.

    • Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.

  3. Stir-Fry the Veggies 🥕🥦

    • Add onion, bell peppers, broccoli, carrot, and baby corn.

    • Stir-fry on high heat for 3–4 minutes (keep them crunchy).

  4. Add the Sauces & Spice 🌶

    • Add soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, and black pepper.

    • Stir well and cook for 1 minute.

  5. Toss in Zoodles 🥢

    • Add cooked zoodles along with the Wonder Masala seasoning.

    • Toss everything on high flame for 1–2 minutes until coated with sauce and spices.

  6. Garnish & Serve 🌿

    • Sprinkle chopped spring onions and roasted sesame seeds.

    • Serve hot straight from the wok for the best flavor.
