🥦 Kung Fu Veggie Stir-Fry Zoodles
Wok-tossed, ninja-fast, and packed with crunch – this zoodle stir-fry is a powerhouse of flavor and freshness.
Ingredients (Serves 2)

1 pack Tasty Ninja Zoodles – Wonder Masala

1 tbsp sesame oil (or vegetable oil)

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1-inch ginger, finely chopped or grated

1 small onion, sliced
-
½ cup bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced

½ cup broccoli florets
-
½ carrot, julienned
-
¼ cup baby corn, sliced
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp chili sauce (adjust spice level)

1 tsp vinegar (rice vinegar or white)
-
½ tsp black pepper, freshly ground
-
Salt, to taste (adjust with seasoning packet)

Spring onion greens, chopped (for garnish)

Roasted sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Cook the Zoodles 🍜

Boil Tasty Ninja Zoodles for 2 minutes.

Drain, drizzle a few drops of sesame oil to prevent sticking, and set aside.

Heat the Wok 🔥

Heat sesame oil in a wok or large pan on high flame.

Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.

Stir-Fry the Veggies 🥕🥦

Add onion, bell peppers, broccoli, carrot, and baby corn.

Stir-fry on high heat for 3–4 minutes (keep them crunchy).
