🍲 Royal Indie Masala Zoodle Curry

A royal feast in a bowl – zoodles soaked in a rich, spiced curry that feels like home and tastes like celebration.


Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 1 pack Tasty Ninja Zoodles – Royal Indie Masala

  • 2 tbsp oil or ghee

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 2 medium tomatoes, pureed

  • 1 green chili, slit

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • Β½ cup mixed veggies (peas, beans, carrot, cauliflower, or potatoes)

  • Β½ tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • Β½ tsp garam masala

  • Salt, to taste (adjust since seasoning packet has salt)

  • 1Β½ cups water (adjust for curry thickness)

  • 2 tbsp fresh cream (or malai, optional for richness)

  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped


Instructions

  1. Cook the Zoodles 🍜

    • Boil Tasty Ninja Zoodles in water for 2 minutes.

    • Drain, toss with a little oil, and set aside.

  2. Make the Curry Base 🍳

    • Heat oil/ghee in a pan.

    • Add onions and sautΓ© until golden brown.

    • Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili, sautΓ© 1 minute.

    • Stir in tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.

  3. Add the Spices 🌢

    • Add turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, and the Royal Indie Masala seasoning.

    • Mix well and cook until fragrant.

  4. Cook the Veggies πŸ₯¦πŸ₯•

    • Add mixed veggies and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.

    • Add 1Β½ cups water, cover, and simmer until veggies are tender.

  5. Finish the Curry πŸ₯£

    • Add garam masala and cream (if using) for richness.

    • Finally, add cooked zoodles and simmer for 1 minute so they absorb the curry flavors.

  6. Garnish & Serve 🌿

    • Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves on top.

    • Serve hot with butter naan, roti, or enjoy it as a wholesome curry bowl on its own.
