🥙 Paneer Tikka Zoodle Wrap

Soft wraps filled with smoky paneer tikka, crunchy veggies, and flavorful zoodles – a fusion that’s hearty, spicy, and oh-so-satisfying.


Ingredients (Makes 2 wraps)

For the Paneer Tikka:

  • 200 g paneer, cut into cubes

  • 3 tbsp thick curd (hung curd works best)

  • 1 tbsp gram flour (besan), lightly roasted

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • ½ tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • Salt, to taste

For the Wrap Base:

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas / roomali roti / thin parathas

  • 1 pack Tasty Ninja Zoodles – Masala

  • ½ cup onion slices

  • ½ cup capsicum, julienned

  • ¼ cup shredded cabbage or lettuce

  • 1 tbsp mint chutney or mayo (optional, for spread)


Instructions

  1. Marinate the Paneer 🧀

    • In a bowl, mix curd, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, spices, lemon juice, oil, and salt.

    • Add paneer cubes, coat well, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Cook the Paneer Tikka 🔥

    • Heat a grill pan/tawa.

    • Cook marinated paneer cubes until golden brown and slightly charred.

    • Set aside.

  3. Prepare the Zoodles 🍜

    • Boil Tasty Ninja Zoodles for 2 minutes.

    • Drain and toss lightly with a pinch of chaat masala for extra flavor.

  4. Assemble the Wrap 🌯

    • Warm the tortilla/paratha.

    • Spread a thin layer of mint chutney or mayo.

    • Add a layer of masala zoodles.

    • Top with paneer tikka, onion, capsicum, and cabbage/lettuce.

    • Roll tightly into a wrap.

  5. Serve

    • Slice diagonally, secure with foil or parchment, and serve hot.
