π§ Cheese Burst Zoodle Bake
A rich, gooey, and comforting baked dish where zoodles meet layers of melted cheese β the perfect indulgence for brunch, lunch, or dinner.
Ingredients (Serves 2β3)

1 pack Tasty Ninja Zoodles β Cheesy Masala

1 tbsp olive oil
-
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 small onion, finely chopped
-
1 small capsicum, diced
-
1 small tomato, finely chopped (or Β½ cup canned tomato puree)

Β½ cup sweet corn (boiled)
-
1 tsp chili flakes
-
Β½ tsp oregano or mixed herbs
-
Salt, to taste (adjust as seasoning is added)

Β½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
-
ΒΌ cup processed/cheddar cheese, grated
-
2 tbsp parmesan cheese (optional, for extra richness)

2 tbsp breadcrumbs (for crunchy topping)

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the Zoodles π

Boil Tasty Ninja Zoodles for 2 minutes.

Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Base Sauce π

Heat olive oil in a pan.

Add garlic and onion; sautΓ© until translucent.

Add capsicum, tomato, and corn; cook for 3β4 minutes.

Season with chili flakes, oregano, and the Cheesy Masala seasoning.

Mix in the zoodles and toss well until coated.

Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of the zoodle mixture.

Add a generous layer of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Repeat with another layer of zoodles and cheese.

Top with parmesan cheese and sprinkle breadcrumbs for crunch.
